Joseph graduated from University of Auckland and for more than 10 years has worked with adolescents and adults in drug and alcohol counselling, provided behavioural intervention for children with pervasive developmental issues and provided counselling and coaching for private businesses and government departments.

Joseph provides individualised support for clients in both English language and Mandarin language.

Mauro Gagliardi

Mauro is a Registered Psychologist, Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists and an Associate Member of the EMDR Association of Australia. Mauro has completed a two years Post Graduated Training in Psychotherapy with AABCAP, He is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 with IATP, Trained Gottman Method Couples Therapist Level 2 and an Internal Family System Level 1 Therapist. Mauro has a personal interest in Mindfulness and he has completed a number of silent meditation retreats.

Mauro incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy in both English language and Italian language.

Vaughan Lapthorne

Vaughan graduated from Macquarie University after completing his thesis on Domestic Violence. He received the Annie McGlinchey Memorial Award for excellence in Personality psychology. For over 10 years Vaughan has helped clients across a range of areas in both corporate and community health. 

Vaughan provides individualised support for clients, tailoring appropriate strategies to the client’s needs and circumstances, using best evidence practices.
